Thank you for showing interest in us.
We are constantly looking for eccentric artists to work with. Working with us is easy, as is the initiation process.
Please read the basic terms and conditions below before continuing:
To join us, please send us some samples of your work. We will commence your initiation to our family thereafter. We like keeping things personal, and hence would like to meet with you on skype at the earliest.
For artists with less than 6 years of experience, your first project with us will be a test (for which you will be paid for in full). This means that you will be one of two artists working on the project, the other artist being an existing vendor, and we will pick the best work between the two. You will receive your first project within 5 months of joining us. We believe in happily taking on the extra expense in case you are ‘The One’ (from The Matrix).
- This is not an employment or a retainership. Please feel free to work elsewhere as well.
- We will require complete transparency with regards to work you might receive from other sources. Before assigning a project to you, we will make our timelines and target quality very clear. If you feel that you will not be able to handle the load alongside other potential work, you will be required to inform us beforehand. As a precaution, you will be required to sign a vendor implementation document stating the same at the time of the advance payment for the first project. Any hint of a breach in the terms of the same will force us to strike you off our list for good, along with possible legal implications.
- You may work from your own work space/country. All official contact such as approvals, feedback…etc will be done via your own customized portal on our website.
- For artists in Poland, some projects might require you to work at our studio in Poland.
- Throughout your term with us, you will be rated based on every project you work on, which will either increase or decrease the frequency you will receive projects from us. So keep up the constant good work, as we keep up the constant good payments.
- In case of any mid-project emergency (medical issues and such), you will be required to give us a notice at the very hint of the same. Given the constant communication during a project, it would be strange for you to have missed out something as big as a mention of an emergency. It is not too difficult for us to reassign a project to save it if a warning is given to us.
For 70% of the projects we deliver, we give full accreditation to our vendors on our website. On these projects, you will also have the freedom to show the work on your website/blog as your own, as long as you give us and related vendors some credit as well (In projects where other vendors have also put in their time and effort). This is applicable only after the completion of the entire project.
We do however, come across certain projects where we are required to curb our enthusiasm to show our work to others. In these cases, the same will be applicable for you.
You will be given a personalized email id to be used for interaction with us or the client. All emails will be automatically updated in the client’s project portal page under communication.
Our vendor implementation form will require for you to sign off on complete non-disclosure on any incomplete or confidential project. Every project also requires an additional document to be signed stating the terms of said project. On the plus side, we will always know the work you have delivered.
A hefty wallet is not the target of our initiative. We believe that good work puts food on the table (And eventually a Porsche in the garage).
In other words, we are not doing this to make money, but to build a reputation (and maybe buy a Porsche someday).
In most cases, you will be paid more than you ask for. This is to ensure a continued relationship with you and to keep you motivated, and also, because we are suckers for pleasing people. Be it a client, or a vendor.
Payments will always be made via a bank transfer (as we do not care for a 7 to 15 day delay in cheque clearances). We have officially boycotted PayPal.
If you agree to these terms, please feel free to get in touch with us via email or phone.
